At divabridal.com, we realize that ordering from the internet can be a trying process because clothes and bikinis have different sizing and different cuts.
We will gladly exchange products within thirty days of purchase. There are no exchanges on panties, stock or custom. If you have any question regarding sizing we suggest you email us and we will personally get back with you to help you decide the appropriate size prior to placing your order. Exchanges must be authorized and this can be done by calling us. All products must be returned unworn and in neat order with tags and liners intact. A $5.00 reshipping fee will be charged to your credit card. Due to the one use nature of bridal apparel, we have a no return policy which is practiced industry wide in the bridal business. Due to the swiftness of processing the orders, we do not accept cancellations.
Diva Bridal will only pay for shipping for returns if the mistake was ours. (i.e. sent the wrong size)
We are sorry, but we cannot exchange custom embroidered or crystalled orders under any circumstances (for obvious reasons.)
